Difficult to process a return - cannot find a link on the website, have to manually type the http:/ address, then took some time to log in. Once in returns fairly simple to make, but I exchanged items and was still charged for postage contrary to what is on the website.”
Hi Anonymous I am so sorry that you have found our popular Mid Rise Brief unsuitable . The link can be found under the returns section on the first page of the website by scrolling down to the bottom the whole process should only take a couple of minutes.
