“I would prefer to have had a refund than a gift card. Buying new bras over the internet is very difficult to know how the style will fit. On this occassion the styles did not fit/ suit me at all but I didn't realise I couldn't get a refund.”
Hi Anonymous, I am so sorry that you are unhappy regarding your return. If I could explain we do refunds on our bras if returned within 30 days, I can only assume either your return was outside this period or they were brought in our sample sale where it clearly states we do no refund but offer an exchange or credit.
