“Go quality ratchets at a reasonable price, ordered and delivered in around 3 days. The cartons arrived in one piece with the contents still inside, this can be an issue sometimes.”

“These ratchets are of reasonable quality and average price, delivered in around 2/3 days. BUT 50% of the time the deliveries arrive in broken split boxes, sometimes items missing. This is unacceptable and nobody resolves the issue, its time consuming keep advising about damaged deliveries. Plus note, Nation Wide Trailer parts always replace anything that went AWOL.”

“Pros: Parts are a reasonable price, responses from the sales team always by return. Cons: Very bad packaging, second time its arrived with the carton falling apart, items short in consignment, but replaced with out quibble. Web site for ordering not so user friendly, we have had issue 2 times with parts being sent to the wrong address. Overall: good and bad, will have a look around for another possible supplier, but from past experience you might get something equally hit and miss.”

“I purchased 4 Ratchet Handles when they arrived by courier and I opened the box I could not believe that they don't have a hook on the end of them to connect to the lashing rings on the truck. When I emailed Nationwide Trailer Parts the rep replied to say return them and I would get a full refund. I replied to Matt explaining that this was not a solution for me because the shipping would be too expensive. His reply was the picture clearly shows that the ratchets don't have a hook. I told Matt the product does not do what I purchased them for. My advice is steer clear of Nationwide Trailer Parts as it's far from a positive experience. What I purchased from them is absolutely useless”
