“There is an issue where the bottom section does not retract fully so up to 4m load height measuring we need to remember to subtract 1.5 inches... yes we could have returned it but we needed it for an urgent job and thankfully we did a quick test in our yard before dispatching it with our driver as he could have returned over height for bridge strikes”
