“The fit of the Load cups on to the racking required some attention. The heavy zinc plating requires to be filed away on the locating pegs of the load cups in order that they hook over properly and drop into the racking with ease as I am sure they are required to do. Excellent customer service when load cups had to be exchanged for a size that would fit the racking. Rapid supply of replacement load cups and free return of incorrect parts.”
