“I have a type of spinal arthritis and these are more convenient for me to take at work and keep some spares in my car in case I'm caught without my normal prescription. My gp is aware I take these (I discussed it with her because of the dihydrocodeine in them) and she says if these work for you then carry on taking them, just try and have at least one day per week without them.”
