Definitely helps with pain management, but make sure to eat before or when taking the medication as it can really hurt your tummy (as it did to me when I didn’t follow the instructions!). Tablets themselves can feel ‘big’ to swallow so on a couple of occasions when I was feeling sick/icky but had to take my dose, I broke the tablet in half and then took it.”
