“Being effervescent, they get to work SO MUCH faster than a "standard" Paracetamol tablet. My doctor tells me that the effervescent type are absorbed faster and more effectively and are far less likely to give you any problems digestively.
On a recent admission to hospital, the pain management consultant said that he is attempting to use this type more often as he finds them so effective. He can reduce his use of more powerful drugs and get the same and in some cases better results!
