“Your approach is very unprofessional, when you sell a product of the type I want don’t go through the whole process of taking the order and then refunding. Tell me the date from when I can re order. Very frustrating”

Unfortunately, we currently don't have a way to stop customers purchasing something that may be too soon since the last purchase they made for specific medications. Some medications are subject to specific guidelines that require a set number of days to pass before they can be ordered again.
We've heard similar feedback from other customers and understand how frustrating this can be. We're actively exploring ways to improve this in the future.
