“No problem with the product. However the ordering process is not acceptable. Why can't you operate a repeat previous order procedure.
I can walk in to my local pharmacy and get some no questions asked.”

Apologies and thank you for your feedback. We do try and make the process as simple as possible. However, regulations require us to continue to ask questions for repeat orders.
