“These are excellent to help me sleep & it’s nice to take the 10mg instead of 25 which make me feel a tad groggy, the tens don’t at all. Highly recommend to those who have trouble staying asleep. I find they don’t make me feel sleepy, but once I put my head down I stay down which is great!”
