“Substantial product and seems good value for money, however, the sizing guide is not to be believed my jack Russel measured to the lower end of the small in length and well within the girth size but the sack turned out to be way too short and too tight, the medium is much bigger (if anything a little too big for her) feels like there should be a smaller differential between the two.”

If you do find that the bag is small, we do sell booster blox which will help keep your pup sitting at the right height in the bag. Some customers have also used blankets or towels to do this. “The sport sack seemed fine for the dog after a short period of adjustment but it wasn’t very comfortable to wear. It caused some discomfort across the shoulders and wouldn’t be good for long hikes It was quite expensive so would expect more for the price - perhaps a waist strap would help?”

Hello Anna, Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the product. I would first like to say that our K9 Sports sack is one of our most popular doggie transport bags! Unfortunately, our team looked into the information in which we were given at the time of purchase which it suggests that you should only use these bags for 45 minutes at a time as it can for some, become uncomfortable. “My dog is not overly fond of his new carrier (yet) but I think it’s practical and stylish. One not so good point is the safety clip for connecting the dog to the bag. It’s not in a practical place for connecting to a harness.”
