“Just tried it on my 11 year old Smooth Vizsla. Perfect fit and really easy to put on and adjust. Will be good for winter walks and with a bonus of being hi vis at night. Quality materials. Happy with the knowledge my older dog will be protected from the elements.”

“I bought this as I was assured by the guys at “Non-stop” that this backpack wouldn’t slip to one side as easily (they all do it depending on your load). After 4 weekend camping trips and a 40km walk I can say that they were right! The rig stays on my dogs back and hardly ever slides off to one side. This is he aspect of the backpack I am MOST pleased with. My boy seems happy to wear it and carry around 10kg It is very roomy and well built, with top notch materials used. My only gripe is the amount of straps and material used in the construction. Dogs get hot when hauling weight, why on earth does this backpack come with an in built blanket? I guess it is for padding, but dogs have fur for that. The rain cover/top of the back pack is super heavy and totally redundant in the bag. Both enclosures have roll top dry bag closures. There is simply no need for the top cover. I think the backpack has over 10 buckles – which is verging on the ridiculous I have removed a few inner straps as they do nothing other than add weight. I’ve also toyed with the idea of making the top cover removable as it really does add nothing to the bag, besides add weight. The inner “blanket” has also been removed. The largest size (a ten) that was available just fits my Alaskan malamute (50kg), if you have a true giant breed, then this backpack will not fit them.”
