We are glad to see that you took advantage of our free returns process though. The Trainer is an elementary / starter design and is priced accordingly in their range. We realise buying remotely doesn't fully allow you to judge the size but be assured we extend all of the manufacturer's guidance in the product listings. Hello Michael, Thank you for your review, sorry to hear that it was slightly too small. We know how difficult it is to measure a doggo remotely especially when they put their dancing shoes on! Unfortunately, we are currently having supplier issues with the trainer backpacks. We do have other Sports Sacks that are slightly different to the Trainer backpack that you may want to have a look at. Our Air 2 sport sack is of the same company, however, is a little steeper in price. This backpack is designed for dogs that are classed as "medium" sized dogs and is ideal for intermediate walks, hikes or even use on public transportation. The Air 2 also comes in a choice of 4 colours. It still follows the durable fabric and has mesh sides allowing dogs within the bag good breathability. This bag does have an 18kg weight limit, however, it is awesome! It comes with a detachable storage bag in which you can put your gear in or put your dog's goodies in! It does again have fully ventilated sides and side pockets whilst offering cooling side panels to stop your furbaby from getting hot on your adventures. This bag comes with new features, such as a wider base to accommodate your doggo and their tail. It also has an adjustable side and back cinch strap allowing the best and safest fit for your furbaby. This is a price increase, however, something to consider if we are unable to get the stock for your M Trainer backpack. “Absolute ZERO stars. My review could not be processed without a star rating and one is too many. A complete failure. This is a more than expensive, overpriced apology of a flimsy bag, masquerading as a rucksack. Immensely disappointing. No waist securing strap, no adjustment at neck. My Cavapoo climbed out and hung by her collar remaining attached to the bag clip until i managed to extricate myself from the arm straps of the bag.”

Hello Di, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on this product. Firstly, I would like to apologise for the trouble you have had with the K9-sport sack (trainer) backpack. This is not something we have seen with this backpack before. Not all rucksacks that we sell are always ideal for all dog breeds and this is why we try to get the measurements 100%, however, this can not always be the case due to remote measuring and wriggly dogs. As advised in the description of this item, it should only be used for short activities such as small walks or hikes and not for dogs over 13kg (30 lbs). With this being said, we understand that even with these instructions followed, these things happen. All of our stock that we have within our store and online warehouse are from reputable brands and brands that we trust. We have a range of bags that may be best suited for your furbaby and from different reputable brands. We do also have other ranges of the K9 sports sack which may be more sturdy for your dog. My recommendation would be to look at our Kurgo k9 rucksack. Whilst it is a little pricey, those who have purchased these bags have had good reviews. There is also a slightly different model to this bag which is the G-train backpack which has new colours. Again, there is a range of reviews on this bag, all being positive. This is one of the more popular backpacks that we sell, however again the price is steep, but the quality of these bags are good. I would also consider looking at the other sports sacks that we do if you haven't already. We understand that you may be concerned to make any other purchase towards k9 sports sack, however, you may find something that may be more so suitable for yourself and your pooches needs.
