“A very well-made K9 ruck sack with everything needed to keep your dog safe and secure as you walk. I use mine for my nearly 15-year-old English (Show) Cocker Spaniel. She weighs 10.5Kg and I can walk for about a mile before both she and I have had enough. Luckily she still walks well and can stride out for 2 or 3 miles with no problem so I use the ruck sack to give her a break on longer hikes allowing me to go on a bit further. She's very secure in the ruck suck, but due to her weight she tends to slip down a bit behind my back and I feel that she could be a bit higher up ideally. I pull the front straps as tight as they'll go. But that's a small thing. She's happy enough in there and I have no concerns at all that she's safe and comfortable. Very happy with the purchase.”

“Overall very happy with the sports sack. Bought this for my 9.5kg dog who suffers from noise anxiety. She happily went in the sack which calmed her down when in a busy town. She was comfortable and only took a couple of attempts with lots of treats to get her used to the bag. Only thing I think would improve is to have a strap around the waist”

“So this is a fabulous piece of kit. It allows me to transport my dog (a border terrier) on my back whilst riding to trails where he can be let loose and then run along with me. Saves me putting the bike and the dog in the car to achieve the same outcome. Luckily my dog has been very accepting of the containment process, particularly now he realises it preludes a great run. There is a learning curve to getting your dog in and out of the sack slickly, and also transferring the sack onto your back - particularly out in the field when you don't have the useful table to hand as demonstrated in the 'how-to' video. But with practice we have got it down to fine art now. Don't be beguiled into buying the trendy cream or any other sexy colour if your dog is running in mud - you already know black is the only practical choice”
