Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

“Great product, not seen one before and when I was trying to think of a safe way to tether the dog in the car this came up online. Just fix one end to anchor point in car boot and other end to harness, simple and effective.”

“We're delighted with the tether plus we bought to restrain our large adult Labrador in our new Passat estate. The tether was easy to fix to the dog collar and then to the anchor point on the back of the rear seat. We'd extended the tether so that the dog was able to move around easily. She did a couple of circles in the boot, then lay down. She was very comfortable and settled for the whole journey as the anchors turned easily without restricting her.”

“We are using this clipped onto the luggage attachment in the boot of our car, but it would also attach to the Isofix tethers. It adjusts well and feels strong.”

“Having just bought an estate car our dogs are now able to travel in the boot (rather than the back seat). To keep them safe I scoured the internet for tethers with decent clips at each end, I came across these and immediately ordered. They are SO sturdy, my dogs are strong, there is no way they are going to be able to pull these so they break. They arrived very quickly (quicker than the estimated delivery date) which was a bonus! Photo shows Lucifer with his tether and Fig next to him”
