Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

“Much better light than previous lights we’ve used. Good attachment to the ruffwear harness we use. Great plus point is rechargeable. Would recommend to anyone. Great service again from Mountain Dog”

“Excellent lamp which lasts for what seems like weeks on a single charge. Really nice colours... we often use the blue flashing mode and pretend my dog Tuuli is a police dog! When I was researching the lamp, there seemed to be a few comments about the lamp falling off but after a whole winter of usage, it did not fail me once. I do wonder if it is user error rather than the product? I double check the clasp when I attach it to the track jacket and away we go. Very good product and I'm glad I spent the extra money on the beacon.”

Thank you for the review. We agree we use the item and it does fix well with the clasp or the dangly connector. We tend to use big to be sure :-)

“Hi all, recently we have got the Beacon light for our dog. The Beacon is great, all seemed to be fine and good, until we did not go into back country. Our dog is a very active animal and goes through grass and bushes. The light was attached to her collar with the bottom clamp. Unfortunately such attaching system - single locking mode does not seem to be strong enough to withstand any rough handling and the Beacon got lost at the first time in the back country. So the Beacon is somewhere in the forest and we have left a USB cable for 25 £. The locking system shall have sort of 2 mode locking - one opening after the other. Good enough for city parks, but not really for back country.”
