Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

We are proud to be a leading independent partner of world class brands such as Ruffwear, Dog Copenhagen, Kurgo, Kong, Non-stop dogwear, K9 Sport Sack, Rukka, ChuckIt!, Kong, EzyDog and many more.

These quality brands are all complemented by a full range of dog care accessories and our own brand of food, accessories and treats.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

Customer service, fast delivery, providing quality items, timely advice and all with a smile is at the heart of everything we do. We dont get it right all the time but this is always our objective.

“Very bright light and really easy to see it on the dog's collar, so we can play more freely in the park in the dark. I like the clip, it feels very solid and means that the light stays in place the whole time we're out.”

“The beacon was clipped to my dogs ruffwear flagline harness unsing the clip on the back. On the first outing the beacon came off and was lost. Very disappointing as we hadn’t even tried it switched on as it hadn’t gotten dark. Totally gutted as it was a Christmas present.”

“This is fab, i'd waited till it was reduced but i would pay full price for it. fits perfectly in the harness without faffing.”

“Love this bit of kit, purchased 2 (two dogs) lights really are brilliant. Watching them run around in the field in the pitch dark. 2 spots of light, instantly recognisable and highly visible.”

“It's very bright and easily seen from a long distance. I like that you can have it on different modes for either short flashing, long flashing on constantly on also it has 3 different colour modes that you can easily change, Red, Blue or Green. It's waterproof, rechargeable and easy to attach/detach. I'm glad I chose The Beacon from Mountain Dog.”
