“I was quite disappointed in the size guide. Aware you can't get it perfect but he's a normal size cocker spaniel. He measured for the small harness but I actually ordered the M as I would rather have it a little loose. Turns out that was too small and he probably needs the L. A shame we have to pay for the return. Prompt delivery, lovely colour and feel though.”

Hello, Sorry to hear you were not happy with your purchase. Our sizing guides are 100% accurate and are taken straight from our suppliers. Unfortunately, we can not always guarantee the first-time fit. This is for many reason's like the shape and size of the dog. Often it is difficult to measure your doggo as they enjoy wriggling around when that tape measure comes out. If you are still sure that the harness is too big or small, you can apply for an exchange rather than a full refund. We do charge for our refund labels or you can arrange your postage. The exchange process is free and just as quick! Whichever option you choose, we aim to process your request the same day as your return lands. Mountain Dog Team.

“I loved the look of this lead. It is light and of a very good length with a comfortable handle. I knocked off a star as I found the Second grab handle is slightly too low for comfort. I have a Cockerpoo so maybe this lead would work better with a taller dog. Also she is an excited chewer. Really attacking the lead when we start walking through sheer enjoyment of going for a walk. This soon calms down. However, there is bite marks already In the lead which is disappointing as I thought it would last longer. If your dog does not chew great unfortunately my puppy of 11 months still does.”

“Lovely matching lead with good quality material, sturdy clip and nicely padded hand hold. Although I didn’t use it there is a handy short hold near the bottom of the lead for close control when waiting to cross the road”
