Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

“A pair of dog boots for an old boy who suffers from sore feet on ashphalt. Search for some no-Chinese ones and Mouintain Dog had some Rukka ones on offer. Rukka's from Finland - although they might still be made in China of coourse - and I knew the quality would be good. They were on offer and great value for the quality presented. Speedy delivery too. Make sure you order the right size; I measured 55mm around the paw and so bought 60mm, but they are a 'snug' fit.”

“Excellent, hard wearing. Prevent my dog feeling stones and uneven ground. Worn on walks and while my dog is running of lead and stay secure. On my second pair only due to being worn down through use.”

“I have now purchased a number of pairs of these long doggie boots in different sizes until I found the right size and my dog wore them for a few hours at home with no problem however each time we went for a muddy walk along the cabal, he lost them. I have now given up purchasing anymore. Very disappointed..”

Hi Karen, many thanks for your review. It is most unfortunate that you have suffered the loss of several different branded boots at different times, we have never experienced this before. As advised in our engagement with you it is key that the fit is correct before taking them into the wild, and especially if you think the fit isn't perfect for your dog. Both Mountain Dog and our vendor partners offer a great warranty service where there is a defined issue but this one meant our options were limited and it's a shame you left us such a review when the factors took this away from our control to resolve. We have offered you a nice discount on your next purchase as a matter of good wiil.
