Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

“Great coupler and works exactly as it should. Easily clips to a ruffwear harness but can be a bit difficult to remove due to limited clearance to get it off. As with all ruffwear kit it is extremely well made”

Thank you for the review for the honest review, Peter. We are glad to hear you are still impressed with the product. Ruffwear does design the clips to prevent from them slipping off the harnesses whilst out adventuring. This does mean that they can be a little stiff within the first few months of use. We have, however, found that frequent use does reduce the stiffness making it easier to manage.

“We have used Mountain Dog before and came back to them as their service is second to none. We received our order very quickly. Ruffwear is a company whose products are very well researched and made. We have an array of Ruffwear products, and the coupler we bought is very good and fit for our purpose to keep two dogs together with a bit of give as it is extendable.”

“So far the coupler has been fine. Unlike a cheaper equivalent I purchased, the Ruffwear coupler is robust and, has to date, fully retained its elasticity.”
