Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

“Excellent lead. Good length, strong and most importantly, a nice big carabiner which is easily attached to and disconnected from the dog's collar. Good for someone with arthritic fingers and limited patience, which is why it was chosen to try.”

“Officially we have a "small/medium" dog but our wire-haired fox terrier has the pull of a much larger dog. I knew we'd made the right decision with this lead, and using a carabiner ensures that no matter what distractions cause him to lunge forward in pursuit, this lead will not let us down. The padded handle is an absolute godsend and ensures that long walks are comfy for us and the dog. Well worth the money!”

“I have a 50+ kg Bernese Mountain Dog who can really pull if he wants to. My previous lead broke (the clip pulled straight out of the casing) so I was determined to find a lead that would be 100% secure. I figured a carabiner would be pretty solid, and the Knot a Leash seemed the best option. It's a good length and the carabiner is very sturdy yet light and the label says it will withstand 1100kg of pulling. One downside is I find the rope easily slips through my left hand, so it's hard to keep a grip when my dog pulls (an extra handle near the carabiner end would be really valuable, to give a more secure grip.) I'm definitely happy with my purchase and I feel confident that this lead will not break.”

“is my 2nd purchase of this type of lead which was some years ago. They are excellent and I particularly like the carabiner fastening as I feel that the dogs are safe and secure and hopefully deter anyone who may decide to try and tamper with the lead! My only criticism is that it would be helpful if they could come in longer sizes Excellent quality”
