Hi KJ, We understand your disapointment. While more durable than other tennis balls your furry friends much like water or kids do seem to find away. As an owner of a ball mad dog myself I do sometimes wonder if breaking the ball is half if not at times most of the fun/game. As with all the toys we sell we always advise supervised play as they are suseptible damage.

“My medium sized dog took about 1 hour to demolish the first ball so this has been rather an expensive purchase! Wouldn't recommend them.”

Hello, Sorry to hear that. Whilst our stock is from trusted and reputable companies, we always advise that the toys are not left unsupervised with your furbabies as they are still susceptible to damage. Unfortunately, we are not able to state that these toys are indestructible due to dogs variation and strength during play. All that we can suggest is to make sure that whilst your dog is in play, to make sure they are not left unsupervised and if chewing behaviours occur, removing the item will keep it for another day.
