Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

“I bought a Ruffwear Treat Pouch following reading some good reviews on Amazon. It is a well made, neat littleish pouch, a good size for dipping your hand in. However what put me off was the very audible click of the nagnets when the pouch snaps shut. I sometimes clicker train my dogs, and this pouch would provide a click, but at the wrong time! And it doesn’t instanty spring back when you remove your hand, so the click would be even more delayed. If you timed getting your treat perfectly this could work ok, just wasn’t for me though. Also was slightly off-put by the bright red waist belt. I’d far rather an inconspicous grey or black so as not to highlight my waist as I am sadly not a size 10. But well made, neat bag. If those things weren’g an issue for me I’d’ve rated it higher. Sent it back.”

Hello, Sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your order. Ruffwear is one of the most trusted and reputable brands that supply to us. Sorry to hear that you have sent it back. We do have other bags that may be better suited for your needs. One of my recommendations would be the Pack Out Bag. Our Pack Out Bag is a dark shade of blue, doesn't come with a bright waste strap and has a simple waist attachment. This Pack Out Bag uses zip to open and close the bag. There is a good level of shape adjustment within the pack out bag. It also comes with a free set of 15 poo bags.
