Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

“Lovely fit - even for my 10-month-old collie who was slightly in between sizes (we went for the smaller). Love the handle, and it does work at keeping her cool. We don't take her out when it's really warm, but sometimes a bit of heat is unavoidable, and this is the perfect tool for keeping her cool and”

“I have a web master xs which is a snug fit for my 10 month old Whippet she has a 22 in chat so ordered a s However the swamp is a different cut the chest fits fine but chest and waist straps are loose even on tightest setting”

As with most online purchases, it can be difficult to get this right first time. From looking at the sizing guide, your pup's measurements do fall between an XS and S. If you do find that it is too big, as long as the item falls within the returns policy, you can send this back for an exchange to the smaller size. “I took Scooby out for his walk in his new Swamp cooler harness this afternoon. At 3pm the sun was shining and the temperature was about 16 degrees. I soaked his harness and we went on his usual 1 hour walk. The harness stayed lovely and cool throughout and looked very smart on my boy. He has a double coat but the harness ensured he didn't overheat and he seemed very comfortable. The harness is also much more secure as it is a 3 point one and I now have peace of mind that he can stay cool during the summer months and stay safe throughout the year using it as a normal harness.”
