Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

“Excellent quality, as usual with Ruffwear. It’s worth checking the length, as this was a touch on the short side for our puppy, even though the girth measurements were fine.”

“Love this harness - my dog is a cross-breed and sometimes hard to get harnesses to fit. This one is adjustable in enough places to ensure a perfect fit for him. The handle is so useful for when we're scrambling and it feels really well made but soft and padded enough for comfort. I already have the hi and light harness for everyday walks and this one is great for the more adventurous hikes we like to do!”

“We’ve been looking for a suitable harness for our Dachshund (Dudley) since we’ve had him. Everything we got would only awkwardly fit him, and rub under his legs. This harness is PERFECT, the adjustability factor is why! Also the fact that the harness runs a lot deeper down the body ensures that we are not putting too much force onto his back whilst on the lead. Lastly, he loves it... he sat there and cried when we took it off until we put it back on! As you can see in the photo.”
