Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

“Super harness. Bought to replace a Julius K9. The Ruffwear doesn’t restrict my dog’s shoulders and as a result she walks better when wearing this with a much improved gait. The harness is very well made and is adjustable, so it fits perfectly. Very pleased.”

“This is the first Ruffwear Harness I've bought and it certainly won't be the last. I've got a Hungarian Vizsla and any harnesses I've bought off the shelf have not been a good fit and have rubbed at the armpits. The quality and design of the Ruffwear Front Range Harness is really impressive and very easy to put on. I had to do all the inevitable adjustments to get it just right for my dog's lean frame but large rubcage; but once it was right is was perfect. It's padded in all the right places and is so easy to attach the lead and get on and off. It looks the business as well, I swear Charlie our Vizsla looks proud of himself when he's wearing it.”

You're spot on about the fit, we're a big fan of the design and adjustability that Ruffwear harnesses provide - the better the fit the less movement and rubbing there is.
