Mountain Dog are proudly the UK's Premier Dog Outfitter.
Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

Today we have now served well over 150,000 customers and our business, whilst still small and family focused, occupies over 5000 square feet and is full of amazing dog products for the active and not so active pup alike.

Based in beautiful Northumberland our business sells on-line and at major dog events throughout the country such as Crufts.

“We previously only used a collar but with a young spaniel puppy charging around we wanted a harness to protect his neck. We saw the comments regarding 'reduce pulling' but, coincidence or otherwise, his loose lead training rapidly improved the same day as he started wearing his harness! It's easy to put on, hasn't rubbed at all and the reflectionive bits are great at night”

“Good harness - our pup may need a size smaller but it just about fits it...it seems comfortable and the loops look very sturdy. Easy to get in and out...My dog doesnt like this harness but the dislike may not be personal to this harness but just generally all harnesses....we are teaching her to get comfortable with it.”

“Our walks have been amazing since we got this harness . The front clip makes sure our new rescue dog can enjoy her walks and so can we. Brilliant product can’t recommend it enough.”

“I love this harness, having had several different makes in the past, I find this has an excellent fit, is easy to put ok and take off and is well made. I chose the bright orange which a bright at cheery! Highly recommend.”

“This is the 3rd harness we have tried for our Cocker and it is by far the best. Very well made and strong. Very little chance of her slipping out of it. It is more expensive than some but the quality is worth it.”

“Beautiful harness, strong and durable, i had another one bought 3 year ago that I still iar but the new Ruffwear collection is the best. My Dog ia happy and looks dashing! :) very Fast delivery!”
