Established as a home-based business in 2017 when our border collie pup, Denver, joined the family. Since then our business has grown rapidly alongside this fluff ball who still acts as our ambassadog and chief tester of many products.

“Great quality harness that doesn't have the awful mesh some others have, that really seem to irritate my dog. It's the 4th Ruffware harness I have bought and worth every penny. I won't by another brand.”

“This is the second Front Range Harness I have bought from Mountain Dog (2 are necessary after very muddy outings!). The attention to detail in the design sits this product above all others that I have considered. The clips are positioned on the harness to prevent rubbing against the dog's body. The ties are easy to adjust, whilst also being secure when in use. The whole harness is padded, so sits comfortably around the dog, especially around the front between her front legs (see photo). The range of colours - wow! The front clip allows me to use a double clip lead, which stops my very 'pully' dog from leading the pack. I also like the little pocket that holds the ID tag - a nice extra feature that means a tag doesn't have to hang from a clip. For me, this is definitely great vaue for money; I don't expect top quality to be cheap and I haven't seen anything that comes close to this range. I expect it to be long-lasting due to the build quality and materials used.”

“First & foremost amazing service from Lee @ Mountain Dog, couldn't do enough. The harnes is such a fantastic fit, my red cavapoo Ruby loved the fit, knew straight away as Ruby wanted to walk immediately. Easy to put on, fully adjustable, comfy padding & immediately gave me the confidence that this harness will not fail even under extreme pressure ... Highly recommended & huge thanks to Lee & Mountain Dog, made further purchases straight away based on excellent quality service”

“We have 2 Newfoundland puppies, we found out through trial and error early with our first girl that this was an awesome harness. Gives them a full range of movement without any extra pressure on the chest like with the Julius K9 and they last. Just buying the next size up for our 2nd girl because she's outgrown it, plus Mountaindog are great. 5star service.”
