“This is recommended for kids as young as 6 but it is far too complicated & requires a lot of coordination for young children. My 7 year old is totally uninterested in this Christmas gift now since it requires so much reading and comprehension to first understand the trick and then she struggles to execute the trick because her hands aren't big enough to do most of the illusions. I think this is best suited for young teens.”
“Purchased as a little present for my daughters birthday. Great for them to try out some simple tricks and she had some fun learning them and trying them out on the family. There are a lot of tricks in the book where you don't get the bits in the box and also bits in the box that aren't in the book (which is a bit frustrating). Our daughter just turned 7 and I did have to help her with the tricks and teach her how to do them. Good for a bit of fun and spending time together.”
“Tricks take a bit of working out and the box that this comes in is very flimsy - more like thick paper than card. The contents are in a tray that has to be slid in and out of the box - it won't last long. Would have been better in a box with a base and lid. It arrived in good time though and was well protected with bubble wrap.”
