“On video, it looks nice. For real, this product is a beta and shouldnt be sold. As soon as the string tangles, which happens often, the device shuts off and cant do anything anymore. The only way to reset is to connect with a power source. That is a shame because this interrups the playfulness, especially when youre outdoor and not near a power source.Second, they say it has a USB-C connector. But in fact, its a USB-A system in a USB-C shape. To explain this: you cant charge it with a normal USB-C cable (which we have a lot at home). Every time you have to use their USB-A to USB-C cable, otherwise it wont charge. Also this is building up a barrier instead of a careless use.Where is the love of creating a great product, especially because it exists for years and they could fix this.”

“I didn't see clear instructions for how to insert the string, but I did something reasonable and it worked. I'm a mechanical engineer and I loved experimenting with getting waves travelling along the moving string. I really enjoyed playing with it right from the start.”

Just a tip, what you want to do is push it all the way back(the string) until you hear this clicking sound. Don't push it forward, push it backward.”
