save your money! this is very hard to use! much too hard for a child. to get it to work you must press really hard and then ink just spreads even after!

I was very disappointed with this drawing board. I saw it being demonstrated in a shop and it was made to look really good. The person demonstrating was making multi-coloured pictures by moving the marker across the board quickly and effortlessly. However when my ten year old Daughter tried to use it on Xmas day, she was having to press really hard and move across the board very slow to get any sort of colours to appear. I tried it myself and also had difficulty in trying to draw anything at all.Overall I have found this product to be very poor and a big let down on Xmas day for my Daughter.

My husband bought one each for the children earlier in the year, and he won't leave theirs alone, so Santa bought one for daddy, its great for all ages.

I bought this for our daughter for Christmas as she spends hours drawing things, creating patterns and colouring so I thought this would be ideal. It sounds good, looks good, but don't be fooled! It doesn't allow you to draw anything successfully! As you draw the not so special stylus across the plastic coating it smears the black paint out of the way revealing the coloured background underneath. My daughter found it very disappointing, the paint constantly bleeds over what you've just done, meaning drawing anything was impossible. She used it with limited success for writing our names but that was about it.When I looked at the back of the board there are examples of what can be supposedly created. These are obviously computer generated as I attempted to recreate all of them after my daughter lost interest and found Marvin's Magic was definitely Tragic. At best my daughter used this for around 30 minutes until she gave up with it and hasn't touched it since. What a waste of money!Read the title for this review again, it sums this product up perfectly.
