“This is the product that you can buy from Hamleys London store.It was on display staff member showing how to use. It looked absolutely awesome. However, when you get it home, it does not work like the one in the store. It was filled with so much black stuff that when you made a print, the black stuff settled down and filled the lines that you have made. They say that you can use a key and nail anything around the house really apart from knives obviously. I had deep scratches on it when it arrived. Was this a secondhand product? I'm not sure what I am sure of. It is not fit for purpose.”
“Unfortunately from start to finish this wasnt going to turn out great. Seller was brilliant when the first one went missing and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement, I chose to replace as it was a present for my granddaughters 4th birthday. I wish I'd ask for a refund, she can'tmake any pictures on it even some adults have tried. The video they show make it look so easy, It's not. So disappointed and ended up buying her something else. can'tbe bothered to even ask for a refund. But I definitely wouldn't recommend. Shame, the concept sounded and looked great.”
