Overall desk is great. Met expectations. However, at nearly £2,000 my expectations around QC were not. Slight defect on table top. I decided to live with this so didn't report it in fairness - I'm sure they would have replaced it with no fuss but, point is, it shouldn't be shipped like this. No instructions in box. Dealt with quickly and no fuss, but just a lack of attention to detail. Pre-drilled holes missing for cable tray. Had to measure out and drill myself. You'd not bat an eyelid if this was an off-the-shelf flat pack, but a bespoke £2k desk needs to be supplemented with more care and attention in manufacture and shipping.”
