Hi Lesley, I'm so sorry to hear that they weren't in tip top condition when they arrived - we have had issues with our courier recently. However, to put your mind at rest yes they are fine to re-freeze, but let us send you a replacement box free of charge anyway to make up for it. I'll PM you separately.
