We love to hear how customers are using our product and how they help. The 3 digit lock is designed as a deterrent (and not a safe) with the hope that any potential fridge raiders are deterred by the combination.

“These are horrible, like anyone can break into these things. All you need to do is jump on it with box feet and it crumbles. You guys need to come up with an actual lock box that people can’t break into. If it’s for your toddler in pre school then I guess the kids wouldn’t be able too lol”

I am sorry to hear the Lockabox One™ did not meet your expectations.
Lockabox® was designed to be a deterrent, a simple level of security to protect daily-use items from anyone accessing them. It is not a fail-safe to entry.
Our boxes do not offer a high level of security and this was purposefully so, initially designed to store small less expensive items safe which do not need the level of security of a safe.
I am sorry if our listing did not make this clearly known. I will look to review our listing next week with the team.
Also, I just wanted to check - we have a 2 Year Warranty with the Lockabox One™ therefore if your box is broken we could look to replace this through the scheme.
The box is made from food and medical grade polycarbonate which is impact and shatter resistant so should be much more durable than you mention in your review.
