“As described. The plastic does scratch easily though but you just have to be carful when fitting. Great product overall and prompt delivery as it was also made to measure.”

“The loft hatch is perfect for our older house's loft hatch - it is well manufactured, easy to install and a perfect fit. It was delivered ahead of schedule too. The window in it projects diffracted light which has transformed our 'black hole' of a landing! Excellent job.”

“Ordered the SDNL hatch online and phoned Jupiter Blue (JB) when the expected delivery period had expired with the hatch not appearing. Delighted to say the staff at JB went out of their way to explain the delay and ensure that the hatch was delivered within a revised timescale. Good quality hatch now safely delivered. Would recommend.”

“No more gaps in loft window. House is warmer. Must be saving in heat bill. Clear window just like how the Victorians built it except not in breakable glass ; much safer, brighter, lighter. Very happy with it.”

“2nd hatch I have purchased from Jupiter... this one has window for natural light. Fitted last night , job complete in 15 minutes.. very happy with quality , and service / delivery excellent also. I would recommend Jupiter to anyone.”
