“This is fine and it's hard finding a ladder that goes over 3m, so having this option is really helpful. The instructions aren't the most obvious - you need to put the extension in between the second and third stage of the original ladder, rather than going at the end as the fourth stage (otherwise when folded away it will be too big to fit through the hatch). The instructions are a bit subtle on that bit, maybe I'm just an idiot. Also it's a bit overpriced for what it is.”

We're sorry to hear that you had difficulty understanding the instructions, We added a bit of extra detail to our website because we thought the instructions were a little vague too. We appreciate your feedback regarding the price, it's as keenly priced as we can offer. It's also the only way of getting a residential loft ladder to suit floor to floor heights in excess of 3 metres / 10ft so while it may seem expensive it adds a great deal of value.
