We loved the design of this slim profile loft hatch when we saw it on the website and it didn't disappoint when it was received. It's exactly as described, well made and the transaction was very smooth. Would certainly buy from Jupiter Blue again!

I did take off the door as that makes it easier to offer up and check fit. I did have to trim a couple of mm off the edge of the insulation as it fouled when opening and some of the draught seal sponge strip needed pressing back in place but this is really me picking on tiny bits. Overall it is well made, looks smart, fitting is easy and it is a great price. Very pleased with my purchase.

Nice neat finish when fitted. Must be fitted dead square on a level ceiling as there is no adjustment in the fixing holes provided. I would recommend if you are looking for an unobtrusive hatch.

Excellent loft hatch but pole very expensive for a short piece of metal with plastic end. ***Reply from Jupiter Blue Expensive compared to what? The vast array of compatible poles on the market? Try sourcing the parts yourself, allow a cost for tools required and time how long it takes, to make one, allow a bit for overheads, and packing as well as packaging multiply the time by a reasonable hourly rate and if you dare add a little bit of a profit a see what you class as expensive ***
