“The Hatch and surround was well made, to the dimensions I required and it fitted perfectly. Fitted it on my own with the aid of four sash clamps. As a constructive suggestion, if the hactch lid hinge pivots pins were made compressable ( ie spring loaded) the hatch could have been removed and refitted after the surround had been installed, thereby lessening the overall weight for a one man operation.”

“Simple well explained details so you know what you're ordering is right! Quality item, well delivered with text 2 hours before delivery. Cost is more than standard hatch but this is bespoke item and a lot cheaper than re-plastering the ceiling, plus only took 1 hour to install without any fuss. Powder coat means the paint will not yellow, so no more painting. I removed the door from the frame to install making it a one man job and then its easy to get the frame packed out and the rim seal compressed, while screwing into place. The installation notes need changing to reflect this. Will buy from again and recommend to friends and colleagues.”

“Excellent product, this is 2nd that I have ordered. Quick and easy to fit in either a plasterboard or lathe/paster ceiling (Screws supplied). Custom size requested; delivered item was dimensionally accurate. Well packaged and dispatched with Next Day delivery when ready (noted custom size has lead time).”
