“Hi, I was very pleased with the loft hatch you suppplied. Your suggestion on the website to reduce the sizing by 5mm, due to the hole not possibly being square was spot on. The finish was to a very good quality and the measurements were exactly what I ordered. It fitted like a glove. I would definitely recommend you to other people 10 out of 10 Regards Steve Mannering”

“Loft hatch arrived this afternoon exactly 7 working days from date order was placed. Thanks to Bob who was extremely helpful with the measurements over the phone because the old hatch wasn't entirely square.The new hatch fits like a glove not bad for doing measurements over the phone.Well done.”
