“Very good quality. Delivery on schedule. Only gripe was not informing of expected delivery, so we were out when delivery arrived. Heavier than I thought it would be. Took old hatch door off was left with a hole surrounded by plywood casing. Opened the door on the new hatch, lifted the loft ladder base and placed it inside the frame of the new loft hatch. the got four clamps ready at the top of the loft opening and with my wife supporting the door, I climbed the ladder holding the frame. then held the frame inside the opening and clamped it in position allowing my wife to gratefully let go of the door. I pilot drilled the fixing holes and screwed it in place. It went together perfectly and the fit was spot on. Looks great. Thank you we are very pleased with it.”

“Found Jupiter Blue most helpful. The quality of hatch is very good and has made a massive difference to my hallway. Only improvement I feel they can make is dispatch information. I found a well packaged hatch leaning against the wall of my property. As I had not been informed of despatch details and the courier did not ring doorbell, I was surprised to find it had been delivered.”

“What a great hatch, very impressed with it. Very easy to fit, literally minutes. Used clamps to fit it in place, then screwed it in place, simple as that. Donna was fantastic as I had an issue with delivery, parcel force were terrible as usual but Donna sorted it out for me. One very pleased customer, highly recommend this product and company.”
