“Wanted to replace our old hatch which was too small to take our loft ladder. Very pleased but extrusion Mark was a little excessive. However, Jupiter Blue once contacted about this gave excellent service, replying to emails immediately and offering a replacement hatch or £15 refund. Would recommend Jupiter Blue to anyone.”

“Was decorating and the old loft hatch just well needed changing, found these on line and the price of course attracted me but the speed of delivery was amazing even in these tough times, the product fitted well, only issue was the insulation that I had to trim to allow for the loft ladder. Great product easy to fit great service, highly recommended”

“The whole process was Super efficient. Speedy delivery. Loft hatch/ access really easy to install. Catch is a bit tricky to open and shut but I like it as I know it’s secure!”

“I replaced a previously acquired version of this as the original was irreparably damaged by an operative who was descending from a loft ladder. This arose because the fit, whilst good, is tight because the insulation protrudes a fair bit (which is not a bad thing for the insulation properties) and it fouls on the top step of the loft ladder. This is a typical condition, so my suggestion would be to cut a wedge of the insulation at the hinge end to create more clearance. I did this on the original, but having used the thicker insulation variant, it was 'even worse' and still risked damage. I used the 100mm veraitnt to replace the busted one, which was better but is still not quite right. Great product otherwise, and very good service. Still think it's a bit flimsy TBH though.”
