“I had previously rated this item as poor quality. However, I am pleased to say that I have since been contacted by Jupiter Blue customer services who have apologised for this and sent out a replacement item. It seems that originally there must have been a bad batch. Anyway, the new item is of much superior quality and I am impressed with the service that I have received from Jupiter Blue. Thank you.”

Thank you so much for your feedback, Margaret, we do make it clear that this product has 150mm deep insulation and also the recommended joist depth when using this product. We'll see what can be done to make this more prominent.
