“Great product and very easy to fit for people like me who don’t have much DIY experience. Would be better if the polystyrene insulation on the hatch doesn’t flake off so easily, does fall off if touched with a heavy hand or if something knocks against it - leaving abit of a mess. Apart from that, it’s good value for money.”

“Impressed with the price, speed of delivery and the quality especially the insulation panel which we upgraded to the thicker size (although ended up having to cut some away at one end to accommodate the existing loft ladder which. when pulled down, couldn’t sit properly against the hatch) . Not too difficult to install.”

“When this arrived I took out my old hatch (damaging it in the process) and then when I opened the new parcel I found that there was some small damage on the one corner. I had no choice to fit it at this time. I sent a photo together with explanation to Jupiter Blue expecting them to tell me there was nothing that they could do as I had used it but quite the opposite happened. They apologised for inconvenience and sent me a new one out the next day. Excellent customer service!”
