“I ordered 6kg of Niger Seed. The 3 x 2kg bags were packed in a cardboard box with 2 plastic storage boxes. Although the outer cardboard box was undamaged when it arrived, I could hear something swishing around inside. When the box was opened niger seeds poured out onto the floor, 2 of the bags had burst and 1 bag had a hole in it. I emailed to advise that the bags had burst and explained about the mess it had made but didn't even receive an acknowledgement!”
