Originally scheduled to be classroom based, the zoom sessions were better than I expected and worked really well. Modules were engaging and the content clearly explained.

I am new to sales and this course has given me the confidence and the tool to hopefully succeed in my new role. Claire was a great trainer. The course was delivered in a very interactive way with lots of break out to be able to practice the notions that were explained during the course. Giving 5 stars not only for the content of the training but also because of how it was delivered.

Really interesting, engaging and informative course. I learnt a lot about implied and explicit needs and utilising effective questioning techniques to really build the value of the solution in the clients mind. Another key takeaway was how to structure a sales course for success. The course was conducted remotely/virtually with no issues at all. I would highly recommend.

it was an excellent course to review some aspects at which you will not pay the required attention when you visit a customer. It is important to ask the right questions to know what is important for them and know if you are able to help on they requirements. It is important for me to have a book to review information

Good course that was at the last minute delivered remotely due to COVID-19. Has given me a new perspective and structure for Sales Calls. Having some previous background working with Sales helped and the course introduced questioning techniques to help identify Explicit Needs of customers - those that help drive even more value from your conversations
