A great experience so far. A good amount and level of detail in the material and sessions ahead of the face to face classroom days introduces terminology and structure which is great. Classroom days are really engaging, focused on discussion and practise and feedback.

I found the SPIN Selling two-day course very interesting and applicable to my roles in Medical Sales. It will certainly make me much more mindful of the questions that I ask and the quality of these. I will also aim to plan questions before calls based on the SPIN method. The coach for the session Rob Honeyman was fantastic, very engaging and entertaining and was well-liked by the entire group. He made the sessions fun and explained everything in great detail without the session feeling boring.

I thought the course was extremely well delivered by Richard and the learning content was brilliant. I have learnt a lot that my team can now start to use during their business discovery calls, subsequent presentation meetings and also the content they deliver thereon in proposals. Very worthwhile investment and would highly recommend to anyone considering sending their sales teams on a course.
