I had the pleasure of participating in the SPIN Selling course with Lene-Christine Knüttel Winther as teacher / coach. Not being directly accountable for sales in my current position I got a lot of tools both communications and question vise direct useable when working with my employees – and other people in the organization. Being able to ask people / customers what they need and what brings them value instead of telling them what they need – my solution to a problem I event don´t know the details of is very valuable. Lene-Christine managed to bring all of us into play during the session.

Velforberedt og veltilrettelagt workshop for sælgere eller medarbejdere med kundekontakt. Lene-Christine var engageret, imødekommende, konstruktiv og på alle måder et behageligt kendskab. Workshoppen danner grundlaget for en god organisatisk baseline i forståelse og anvendelse af SPIN selling. Eksplicit behov: Ønsker et tillægsmodul, som var virksomhedsspecifikt i cases og situationer.
