With some previous sales experience, but mostly a technical background I was happy to be given the opportunity to attend a well-known and highly regarded sales course. The course was excellently delivered by Deane Hitchens-Orr and I've come out of the course feeling refreshed and ready to take on my new sales role. Deane was very engaging and able to keep everyone on track for the 3 days and not once did it feel like a standard classroom course, which we have all been on. The course was also well structured and delivered in a professional way. Thanks again

The SPIN selling skills training programme is extremely worthwhile if you are already in a sales based position and wish to develop your skills, but also if you are making a transition into sales and need a starting point to work from. The duration of the course is perfect, and the course leaders are fantastic. They really know their stuff and have lots of experience and examples to back up what you are learning. You are also given post-course refresher material to enable you to effectively put SPIN into practice which is very useful. I would definitely 100% recommend this course.

I read the SPIN Selling book a while ago and am a big fan of the material and the research-based approach. The course helped me solidify that knowledge and provided a lot of starting points to move towards implementing that in my own sales calls. I'm very optimistic that the tools will enable me to increase my skills massively over the coming 6 months. Deane was an engaging teacher and did a great job delivering the material. Truly enjoyed the three days and look forward to following up with one of the more advanced courses at some point.
